Nora Mill Yellow Speckled Grits, nicknamed "Dixie Ice Cream," are coarse ground from whole grain locally grown corn. We never degerminate our corn (that is to remove the vitamin packed "germ" or "heart") so our grits are the most nutritious and flavorful as they can be. Slowly grinding our grits on french burr millstones guarantees the old fashioned flavor that has made them so popular and one of our best sellers.
